A new study, completed by the Brightfield Group and HelloMD, showed 42% of surveyed parties said “they had stopped using traditional medications like Tylenol pain relievers or prescription drugs like Vicodin” We already knew CBD was a useful pain management tool, now we know it can effectively transition users from over-the-counter medications and pharmaceuticals to an all-natural alternative.
The findings revealed that women had a bigger propensity to start using CBD than men; and once they started, they were also more likely to ditch traditional medicine.
The majority of hemp-derived CBD users are female, making up 59 percent of users. 31 percent are between the ages of 35 and 49 with people age 26-34 and 50-60 following at 22 percent.
Other Key Findings of the Study
